This Sunday marks one of your last chances to indulge in farm-fresh organic produce at the Vail Farmers Market.

As the seasons change from the events, activities and crowds of summer to the more sedate offerings of autumn, there’s still plenty to keep you busy. On Wednesday evening (Sep. 21), check out sweet happy hour deals at Cucina’s Trivia Night. With questions that test even the brainiest in the bunch, you’ll also get to enjoy $4 beer and wine as well as $3 off of their specialty cocktails.
Thursday (Sep. 22) might also be one of your last opportunities to hit the links (hey, there's snow predicted for Friday!) so take advantage of the good weather while it lasts and get yourself to the season finale of Buckets & Brews at the EagleVail Golf Club. Ten bucks gets you a bucket of balls and two beers and the chance to win great prizes including a Never Summer longboard.
Friday night (Sep. 23), you can welcome the anticipated first snowfall of the season by bundling up and participating in the Light The Night walk through Vail Village. This year’s event honors the memory of local Jen Pinkus while also raising money for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. It's also a chance to make a real difference for someone suffering from these diseases by signing up on location for the Bone Marrow Transplant Registry.
Saturday and Sunday (Sep. 24 & 25), head down-valley (hey, it will be warmer down there!) for the Flying Eagle Open. This Frisbee golf extravaganza is a PDGA B-Tier Frisbee golf event featuring three rounds on two separate courses, with a field of 140 players. Competitors will be split into two pools with each playing shotgun start rounds on Saturday at the Hole in the Sky Disc Golf Course (Eagle) and Gypsum Creek Golf Course (Gypsum). The third round will take place at Gypsum Creek DGC on Sunday and will feature tee time rounds for all players.
You can't go wrong with the Vail Farmers' Market on Sunday (Sep. 25), where you'll find plenty of treats for breakfast along with organic produce for your dinner salad.

Finally, wrap up your weekend at the ever-popular Vail Farmers' Market on Sunday. Now in it’s 15th year in Vail on Meadow Drive, the event started with a few tents and now features over 135 vendors as well as entertainment, food and – as always – fantastic fresh organic produce from local farms that you won’t find in any supermarket.
