Ski Season Opening Date Roundup

It’s just about time to jump on a lift and go skiing or snowboarding. Because there’s nothing more painful (and fun) than the countdown to the season, we thought we’d help out a bit and give you the breakdown on opening dates for the major ski resorts in our area.
All of these mountains are less than 1.5 hours away and some of them are included in your Vail and Beaver Creek Epic Pass program. Of course, opening dates are subject to change and are based upon snow and weather conditions. Unseasonably warm weather or if Mother Nature delivers that awesome early season storm that we’re all waiting for make a big difference. So that's why we're looking at the sky and crossing our fingers, because there's nothing better than when opening day comes early and the season starts off with two feet of fresh.
Arapahoe Basin: Now Open!
Beaver Creek: Wednesday, November 23
Breckenridge: Delayed, now scheduled to open on November 19
Copper Mountain: Friday, November 18
Keystone: Delayed, now scheduled to open on November 18
Loveland: November 10
Ski Cooper: Saturday, December 10
Vail: Delayed, now scheduled to open on November 25
