The Rose

Is it a bar, a bistro, or a bakery? All of the above. The Rose is just a cool neighborhood spot dishing remarkable treats like roasted cauliflower Buffalo wing–style. It’s one of the best spots in the valley for vegetarian and plant-based eaters, and because of its family ties to Vail’s Alpenrose, the desserts are quite wonderful.
