Description
This 38-seat log cabin is so off the grid that you reference GPS to find it, arrive via one-mile snowshoe trek, dine by candlelight, use a privy out back, and bunk in a yurt. But the experience of a prix fixe multicourse meal (Colorado rack of lamb, pheasant, and elk tenderloin) in the backcountry more than makes up for the daunting logistics. You might even forget (or not be able) to check your e-mail.
