The cuisine at yet another made-over Main Street Minturn staple (Nicky's Quickie, we hardly knew ye!) has transitioned from gyros and falafel to curry and pad Thai, served in a dining room redecorated with jumbo-size prints of Bangkok and banquet-style seating, or happily bagged to go for a picnic on Meadow Mountain.
