The Sunday Brunch at WYLD Might Be the Valley's Best Kept Secret
The valley's best kept culinary secret might also be the swankiest (and newest) on the menu for brunchers looking to up their Sunday Funday game — the Ritz Carlton Bachelor Gulch is now offering Sunday Brunch at its onsite culinary epicenter WYLD from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. until September 3rd. The best part? Eagle County residents (patrons who have proof of residence) can treat themselves (and a friend) to a 2 for 1 special on the luxury hotel's brunch buffet, and save the extra cash for a ticket to a bottomless Bloody Mary or Mimosa to complete the experience. Patrons can load up on plate after plate of breakfast staples like made-to-order omelettes and eggs benedict, although we'd recommend saving some room and splurging on the all-star dessert bar (think New York style cheesake and Nutella-filled munchkins) prepared by the Ritz's resident pastry chef Emily Peksun.

Insider's Tip:
Sweat it out before settling in for a morning of bottomless mimosas on the Village to Village trail — a 3 mile one-way trek — that takes hikers from Beaver Creek Village through aspens and wildflower fields to the awaiting spread the the Ritz. Reservations are a must, although opt for a spot on the patio, as in house musical masters Bob Rebholz (a Grammy nominated woodwind afficianado) and guitarist, vocalist and composer Justin Allison provide the accompanying tunes every Sunday. ritzcarlton.com, 970-748-6200
