Where to Find Locally Brewed Pumpkin Beer

Celebrate fall with a pint of the valley's own pumpkin-infused suds.

By Kirsten Dobroth October 11, 2018

Those looking to truly savor the valley's brief-but-spectacular autumn months have reason to rejoice, thanks to Vail Brewing Company's release of its "Gourd Range" ale—a pumpkin and chai tea-infused seasonal made with 25 pounds of pumpkin puree and amber malt for a crisp, caramel and pumpkin flavor. Pumpkin-lovers can toast the finished product by the pint at either the brewpub's flagship location in Eagle-Vail ($5.50 per pint) or from its Vail Village tasting room ($6.50 per pint), although, opt for a crowler (a sealed to-go can)  if you'd rather to find your own place to cheers the season while overlooking the "Gourd's" namesake range.
