Eagle Valley Land Trust Needs Your Vote

Eagle Valley Land Trust is in the running for a $10,000 grant, and needs your help (and vote) to come up with the prize.

Eagle Valley Land Trust is one of 10 finalists nationwide up for a $10,000 grant to help protect and conserve Eagle County land for future generations, with current parcels around the county providing examples of how important free access to open space is for the community (the East Vail waterfall, acreage in the Buffehr Creek, Intermountain and Ptarmigan neighborhoods of West Vail, and open space in Edwards' Miller Ranch being just a few examples of the group's impact on local communities). Local videographer Ben Dodd put together the film montage titled "Land is Our Connection," which honors the rich legacy of Eagle County's open space. You can watch the video below, but you'll need to head to the site and vote here by November 17 for our local team to take home the prize.
