All You Need Is Heart

February 9, 8 a.m to 1 p.m., Colorado Mountain College, Edwards

Vail Health's 6th Annual ‘All You Need Is Heart’ event features screenings and educational information on cardiovascular health at a discounted rate for locals (prices start at $99). Outdoor Adventure Quest

February 9 - 11, Bonfire Brewing, Eagle

Welcoming all beer and adventure lovers, Winter Adventure Quest and Bonfire Brewing have partnered to create a 3-day adventure challenge jam-packed with as many winter sports as possible. Questers will spend Friday through Monday exploring our corner of Colorado, earning points along the way through the Outdoor Adventure Quest App’s live scoreboard. Icebreaker Evening Snowshoe Tour

Heart Hero 5k Run/Walk

February 10, 9 a.m., Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa, Avon

Get your run on and donate to local non-profit Starting Hearts, which is dedicated to saving the lives of sudden cardiac arrest victims through free CPR and DEFIB training and educational programs. TEDxVail Yes 2018 + TEDxVail 2018 Official After Party

Project Funway 2018

Beaver Creek Running Series- Snowshoe Edition
