April 13, 5 to 8 p.m., Colorado Mountain College, Edwards

Colorado Mountain College welcomes aspiring Michelangelos to their Edwards campus for a night of painting instruction and traditional Italian fare ($55 per person, RSVP by April 12).

Yoga + Beats at Stoneyard Distillery

April 13, 6 p.m., Stoneyard Distillery, Dotsero

Dotsero's rum distillery joins forces with Eagle's Yoga Off Broadway for a 75-minute, happy hour-timed yoga class, with complimentary glasses of the distillery's signature spirit afterwards.

Primal J and the Neanderthals

April 13, 7 p.m., Ein Prosit, Avon

Eagle's own Primal J and the Neanderthals brings a mix of funk and rock to Avon's bierhaus for a Friday night party.


Spring Back to Vail 

April 13, 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Vail Mountain

Minturn's Weston Snowboards will be in Vail Village all day offering free demos, while Americana band Schwing Daddy (also of Minturn) will be rocking the deck at Mid Vail on Vail Mountain from 12 to 2p.m., followed by music at the Express Lift Bar from 2:30 to 5 p.m.

Gears n' Beers

April 14, 3:30 to 7 p.m., Nottingham Park and Pavilion, Avon

Avon's first-ever Gears n' Beers event kicks off with a bicycle scavenger hunt, live music, and the town's pump track opening.

Vail Brewing Company's Birthday Party

April 14, 6 to 11 p.m., Vail Brewing Company

How does a brewery celebrate its 3rd birthday? It brings Americana folk band Lola Rising up from Denver and throws a gaper day themed bash, with plenty of beer to go around.

Vail Yeti Hockey

April 14, 7:45 p.m., Dobson Ice Arena, Vail

Vail's own semiprofessional hockey team takes on its arch rival, the Breck Vipers, in playoff action on home ice.

Rally 'Round the Family at Vail Ale House

April 14, 10 p.m. to 1 a.m., Vail Ale House, West Vail

Rage Against the Machine cover band Rally 'Round the Family rocks West Vail's go-to haunt for beers and late night tunes.


Closing Day at Beaver Creek

April 15, 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., Beaver Creek Mountain

One last chance cruise around Beaver Creek before lift operations shut down for the season.

Spring Back to Vail

April 15, 12 to 4:30 p.m., Vail Mountain

Vail's ending the season in style, with an Expo Village in Vail Village from noon til 4 p.m., a cornhole tournament from 1 to 3 p.m., and, of course, the 16th annual Pond Skimming World Championships at Golden Peak starting at 3 p.m.
