Lolë Community Yoga

November 9, 9 to 10 a.m., Lolë at Solaris, Vail Village

Kick off the weekend with athletic wear company Lolë's free weekly yoga class at its Solaris storefront (before heading over to neighboring coffee shop Yeti's Grind for post-flow caffeine buzz).

Blue Mountains, Canvas, and Cuisine

November 9, 5 to 8 p.m., Colorado Mountain College, Edwards

Colorado Mountain College welcomes would-be Monets to an evening of step-by-step landscape painting paired with an international feast prepared on-site at the college's own café ($55 per person, RSVP by Thursday, November 8). 970-569-2900

Live Music with Jessica Shafer and Friends

Head down to Eagle's Bonfire Brewing for a night of live bluegrass music from the Crazy Mountain Billies.


A Craftsman's Christmas Market

November 10, 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Brush Creek Pavilion, Eagle

If all this snow has you in the holiday spirit, head to Brush Creek Pavilion in Eagle, where Santa along with a bazaar full of holiday gifts and locally made crafts will be on hand—plus, homemade chicken noodle soup and pies to snack on as you shop.

Wine Tasting Fundraiser

November 10, 6 to 11 p.m., The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa, Avon

Edwards' St. Clare of Assisi Catholic School hosts a grand wine tasting complete with gourmet bites, live music, dancing, and a silent auction at the Westin, with proceeds from the event going to the local school ($95 per person).

Kids' Night Out

November 10, 6:30 to 9 p.m., Dewey Dabbles in Art, Eagle

Saturday night's arts and crafts party for kids features slime making and snacks—plus, a make-your-own pillow case tutorial that the little ones can bring home to Mom and Dad ($30 per child).


Meatball Fest

November 11, 3 to 6 p.m., Bart & Yeti's, Lionshead Village

You read that right—Lionshead's storied watering hole Bart & Yeti's is holding its annual meatball competition this Sunday. Bring a crockpot of your best meatball recipe for (hungry) guests to weigh in on by 3 p.m., or just stop by to feast on this year's entries. Winners take home bragging rights and full stomachs.
