What’s new at Triumph Mountain Properties this season?

So far, 2022 has been another good year for our business. For the owners of properties in our vacation rental program, we achieved record levels of gross rent, both last winter and this past summer.

For property owners who have entrusted us to look after their asset but not rent it, we are excited to have brought on longtime local Tracy Calderone to lead the management of that portfolio. Tracy has more than two decades of business experience and a passion for getting details right.

We are always seeking to grow our portfolios with new properties and create relationships with owners who share our operating philosophies. We recently added a five-bedroom, single-family home in Beaver Creek to our rental portfolio, along with a five-bedroom Gore Creek Place townhome in Vail.

The addition of 99 & 100 Vail Road to our rental portfolio is incredibly exciting. This iconic Vail property (many know it as the Webster house) boasts nine bedrooms in 15,000 square feet of living space. The finish level is spectacular. Guests will be treated to two outdoor hot tubs, two outdoor swimming pools, and amazing views of the Gore Range. Our dedicated, on-site guest experience coordinator will make sure that all who stay here will create lasting memories!
