Weekends at the Four Seasons are Delicious and Happening
In the ongoing quest for the ultimate "Sunday Funday," the Four Seasons Resort and Residences is upping the ante; if you haven't been to the Vail Village luxury hotel chain's lobby bar, The Remedy, now might be a good time to check it out. Why? Two words: Munchie Brunchie. Saturdays and Sundays (from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.) now begin with a gourmet brunch, designed by the Four Seasons' executive chef Marcus Stewart, offering some of the same sumptuous flavors that he's created for The Remedy's evening menu, and for the resort's downstairs steakhouse, Flame. Must-have? The tater-tot waffle (no, we're not kidding), with lox, caviar and all the traditional accoutrements – although, the bottomless Bloody Mary bar isn't a bad reason to while away a morning on the bar's deck, either. The hotel plans to to extend its brunch into football season, where the bottomless Bloody Mary bar paired with a wall of TVs promise to be a game-day hit.
