Memory-making road rides        e-biking in Vail and beyond

At the end of a long and satisfying summer day upvalley, cyclists of all stripes park their rides off Highway 6 in Eagle-Vail at Vail Brewing Company, toasting with frothy pints of the brewpub’s signature Pete’s Stash pale ale (named after Vail Mountain co-founder Pete Seibert) and Gore Creek IPA, paired with carne asada and alambre burritos from Rocky Mountain Taco’s bustling patio-side food truck. Downvalley in Gypsum, clusters of bikes can be found outside Eagle River Brewing Company, where cyclists in the beer garden sip Eagle River pilsner and sup from the Pizza Station cart doling out hot-from-the-wood-fired-oven artisan pies, while private jets on final approach to nearby Eagle County Regional Airport roar overhead and the sun sinks lazily into the dusty hills to the west.
