Vail Village’s next-door neighbor may lack the bustle of Bridge Street, but it ups the upscale Solaris in glamour with the Arrabelle, a ski-in/ski-out resort that the Imagineers at Disney couldn’t have done better to replicate a posh Tyrolean village, albeit one with a rooftop pool overlooking the ski yard and a members-only ski valet steps from the Eagle Bahn gondola.
New to the village is The Lion, 65 luxury residences with an indoor infinite-current lap pool, a 167-car parking garage, and a penthouse that set a Lionshead record when it sold for $3 million in 2018. Breaking ground this spring: Elevation, a five-story condo with nine residences, from $3.9 million for a lower-level unit to a $14.5 million penthouse (with a private elevator) overlooking the Gore Range. “They are classic and timeless with a mountain contemporary motif,” says Craig Denton, a managing broker at BHHS Colorado Properties. In addition to oxygenated bedrooms, Elevation offers the ultimate amenity: access (and bragging rights) to the resort’s first automated parking garage.
