Moving into Mindfulness

April 20, 5 to 6:30 p.m., Vail Athletic Club,  Vail Village

If you're looking to find your center after a busy winter season, head to Vail Mountain Lodge for a special 90-minute vinyasa yoga flow and guided meditation led by local yogu Lindsea Stowe ($10 per person).

Colorado Floyd at Brush Creek Saloon

Ready for singletrack season? Head to Avon's High Gear Cyclery for free beer, free burgers, and, best of all, free bike demos in honor of Avon's trails opening for the season.


Art of Wine Tasting Class

April 22, 3 to 4 p.m., Root & Flower, Vail Village

Smell, swirl, and sip alongside Advanced Sommelier and Root & Flower co-owner Jeremy Campbell, while you learn some of the basics of the art of wine tasting.
