Valentine's Day Ski Tour

If you and your valentine prefer steeps to spa treatments, you can book a backcountry ski tour with Paragon Guides on Valentine's Day (Friday) and your date can come for half price. Just keep in mind: knowledge of backcountry skiing is a must, and you'll need all your own equipment (and the lung capacity) for day-long tour.

Valentine's Day Dinner at Maya

If you want to wine and dine your significant other this Valentine's Day, head to Maya at the Westin, where you can splurge on an appetizer, two entrees, and a dessert sampler for $79.

Spa Specials at Manor Vail

You can step right off the slopes at Golden Peak and head to the spa at Manor Vail for complimentary Champagne and chocolate covered strawberries to cheers with your special someone post any treatment.

Spa and Sup at the Grand Hyatt

The Grand Hyatt is offering Valentine's Day specials all weekend long—complimentary bubbles come with every spa service throughout the weekend, and you can even personalize your own Moët bottle personalization with an engraving for your number one. After you (and your valentine) are done being pampered, head to dinner at Gessner, where Friday (Valentine's Day) special include Snake River Farms Kobe, Lobster Risotto, and black truffles available as an add-on for every dish.  Opera performers also will also be on hand to serenade you and your sweetheart while you wine and dine.

Two Chances to Dance

If  you're looking for a place to splurge and take a spin around the dance floor post-meal, head to Beaver Creek. Resident pianist Kathy Morrow will be in-house at Splendido at The Chateau for Valentine's Day, or you can reserve a table for two at Grouse Mountain Grill, where local piano man Tony "Tony G" Gulizia will be serenading the dining room all night long. ,
