All the drama and athleticism of soccer comes to the Vail Valley as U11 through U15 boys and U11 through U19 girls teams take to fields around Eagle County during the 6th Annual Vail Valley Cup Cindy Eskwith Memorial Tournament. 150 teams (more than 2500 players) from all corners of the state will take to the fields in this sold-out tournament. vailsoccer.com

 

Vail Valley Art Guild First Friday

Ranky Tanky

The first of the fall Underground Sound lineup, Ranky Tanky brings their blend of jazz, blues, funk and soul to the Vilar Performing Arts Center. This Charleston, SC-based quintet quickly made their debut on the charts after the release of their eponymous album Oct. 2017. Performing the sounds of the Gullah culture born from the Sea Islands, Ranky Tanky flows from spirituals to game songs to lullabies with a vibrancy and spirit all their own.
