Davey B. Gravey’s Tiny Cinema
The eclectic “Davey B. Gravey’s Tiny Cinema” has two shows on July 5, one from 12:30 to 3:30 pm at the Lionshead Mall and a second at 4:30 to 7:30 pm at the International Bridge in Vail Village. Davey B. Gravey’s Tiny Cinema features free vintage short silent films projected in the glorious format of Super 8 film in a tiny four-seat mobile movie house. It’s a one of a kind film experience that includes Davey B. Gravey’s live acoustic accompaniment playing his electric-ukuele scores to the films. Each film lasts approximately two minutes, leaving the viewer with a nostalgic sense of film in our age of digital media.
Bravo After Dark Concert Series
Settle in for an evening of ragtime and ruminations with the Aeoulus Quartet at Bonfire Brewing Taproom in Eagle on July 8 for a down-home tour of the American musical landscape. The quartet will perform selections from its acclaimed debut album “Many-Sided Music,” which takes its title form Leonard Bernstein’s description of the “many-sidedness” of American music. Info

Vail Public Library has 2 State Park Passes and backpacks full of maps and guides that will help you enjoy some quality time in any of the state's 42 State Parks. These backpacks and passes check out for 1 week and can be used to enter any Colorado State Park for free! The passes and backpacks are provided through a collaboration between the Colorado State Library and Colorado State Parks.
