A presstime Airbnb search for Beaver Creek rentals fetching $5,000 or more a night yielded a Bachelor Gulch penthouse, a Bachelor Ridge ski chalet and, stratospherically, your basic downtown condo.

A two-story penthouse at the Ritz-Carlton that sleeps eight. Amenities include two private terraces (one with a top-of-the-line Lynx gas grill), and a great room with a balcony and a Steinway baby grand piano.

A six-bedroom custom home (sleeps 16) within 20 yards of the skiway between the Arrow Bahn and Bachelor Gulch Express lifts.

A three-bedroom duplex on Nottingham Lake. Amenities include a kitchen “with the usual oven, fridge, microwave...Foreman grill.” Upon inquiry, host lowered price: $119/night.
