Burton US Open Slopestyle Finals

March 1, 11 a.m. & 2 p.m., Golden Peak, Vail Mountain

Two-time Olympic gold medalist Jamie Anderson is the big name to watch for at this year's slopestyle final for the ladies (11 a.m.), with the men's final on the rail and jumps course at Golden Peak going down at 2 p.m. If you're looking to kill time in between, be sure to wander through the pop-up village that assembles just at the base of Golden Peak to pick up some swag from this year's event.

Bo Bridges at the Westin

March 1, 5 to 7 p.m., The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa, Avon

Adventure and action sports photographer stops by the Westin Bo Bridges to display his work and host a Q&A session.

JUPTR and Khruangbin at the Solaris Stage

March 1, 6:30 p.m., Solaris, Vail Villlage

Winners from the day's slopestyle final receive their awards (6 p.m.) before Vermont-based soul rockers JUPTR and psychedelic trio Khruangbin take over the stage at Solaris for Friday night's (free!) featured concert.

BurtDown Super Jam with Bob Wagner, Craig Brodhead, and the Shakedown All Stars

March 1, 9:30 p.m., Shakedown Bar, Vail Village

If you're looking to keep the Burton US Open party going all night long (or at least as long as possible within business hours), head to the Burton US Open afterparty at Shakedown for live music and plenty of dancing at the top of Bridge Street.

Burton US Open Halfpipe Finals

March 2, 11 a.m. & 2 p.m., Golden Peak, Vail Mountain

Olympic gold medalist Chloe Kim seeks to repeat atop the podium at the women's halfpipe final (11 a.m.), and in the men's contest, locals Jake Pates, Ryan Wachendorfer, and Jack Coyne are all looking to head to Saturday's final on Golden Peak (2 p.m.).

Halfpipe Awards Ceremony and the Tune-Yards and Turkuaz at the Solaris Stage

March 2, 6 p.m., Solaris, Vail Village

Halfpipe phenom (and newly retired) Kelly Clarke gets special recognition at the Burton US Open's final awards ceremony (6 p.m.) before eccentric indie-rockers the Tune-Yards and Brooklyn-based funk band Turkuaz close out the event's free concert series (6:30 p.m.).

Burton US Open Closing Party

March 2, 9:30 p.m. to 1 a.m., Dobson Ice Arena, Vail

Don't miss the Open's final blowout bash at Dobson Ice Arena, which boogies all night long thanks to DJ Byte and DJ Cre8. Tickets are free from Burton store locations in Vail Village and Lionshead, but be sure to stop by early in the week before they're gone.

The MTHDS at Vail Ale House

March 2, 10 p.m., Vail Ale House, West Vail

Punk, funk, and hip-hop come together in West Vail, as The MTHDS take over the Vail Ale House stage.

Beaver Creek Snowshoe Series

March 3, 8:30 a.m., Beaver Creek Mountain

The final snowshoe race of the season takes off from the McCoy Park Nordic Center on Beaver Creek Mountain, with 5k and 10k races available for competitors to choose from ($105 per person).
