Dr. Blankenship earned a degree in Spanish and Chemistry at Bowdoin College in Brunswick, Maine. She then spent the following  years in Washington, DC where she attended Georgetown University School of Medicine.  She remained in DC for her medical internship and dermatology residency, where she served as Chief Resident during her final year.  As a resident, she was also recognized for her passion for teaching as she was nominated for the prestigious “String of Pearls” medical student teaching award.

Dr. Blankenship is passionate skin cancer awareness, early detection and treatment.  She also performs cosmetic procedures including Botox®, chemical peels, and filler for facial rejuvenation.
