Celebrating 10 Years of Mountain Living and Community

Since its founding in March 2015, Frost Creek in Eagle, Colorado, has grown from 32 members and one home into a premier golf and mountain lifestyle club with 350 member families and 90 homes.

As it marks its 10th anniversary, the club continues to thrive, blending luxury, community, and adventure.

Adaptability has been key to Frost Creek’s success. President and General Manager Mike Gibbs credits the club’s ability to evolve—offering varied lot sizes, selling 1,500 acres for open space preservation, and expanding its activities and amenities. With 130 of 137 lots sold, six to eight new homes are built annually, fostering a tight-knit community amid stunning natural surroundings.

At its core, Frost Creek features a renowned golf course designed by Tom Weiskopf, praised for its pristine condition and breathtaking layout. But the club offers much more than golf.

Members enjoy paddleboarding on the private pond, hiking and biking on 12 miles of scenic trails, off-road adventures in a custom Jeep, and fly-fishing with an in-house guide.

Winter brings sledding, Nordic skiing, and ice skating, while a wellness program offers Quantum Biofeedback and sound healing. Dining has also expanded with full-service meals and a new comfort station at the sixth green. Lodging options now include 11 luxury homes and 2 yurts for visiting members.

As Frost Creek celebrates its first decade, it remains dedicated to growth and fostering an adventurous, relaxed culture. Here’s to the next chapter in this iconic mountain community’s journey!
