What is Frost Creek?

Frost Creek is a luxury community and four season mountain club located 3 miles up Brush Creek Road in Eagle, Colorado. The club features a Tom Weiskopf designed mountain golf course, a 40,000 square foot clubhouse, member rental cabins and yurts, private fly fishing access on adjacent Brush Creek and in stocked ponds, more than 25 mountain lifestyle activities including SUP boards, fat tire bikes, a member Jeep for off road excursions and a slew of winter activities. Frost Creek is like a four season camp for members of all ages.

What makes Frost Creek different from other clubs in the area?

Founded in 2015, Frost Creek has grown to include more than 250 families. We have a great mix of “local” and “national” (anyone without a residence in Eagle County) members. We are the only area club to offer onsite “member cabins” for both our national and local members to use when visiting. The lodging offerings are game changers for those families interested in a mountain club but not mountain real estate. However, once here, many members are so enamored they transition from cabin renters to lot/home owners.

Can you describe the typical Frost Creek member?

Frost Creek’s membership is diverse and active. The community is very family friendly and while not all of our members have children, the club’s family atmosphere is a core value. One thing that all of our members have in common is that they are participants in life, not spectators. Our member events are lively and well attended and activities and club offerings are highly utilized. It’s not uncommon to see our members at a yoga class in the morning, on the golf course an hour later and then fly fishing or paddle boarding in the evening.

What would you tell people considering membership at Frost Creek?

Don’t wait! Real estate is selling rapidly and our club and membership base is growing quickly. As a result, new friendships among members are being formed daily and we are very welcoming of new families and the excitement that they bring to the community.
