Where does your interest in working in the wellness industry come from?

As an injured college athlete, I spent a lot of time in the training room. I discovered how much regular massage could help my recovery. A few years later, I had my first facial and was hooked! I have a degree in biology, but knew I wanted to work in hospitality. It wasn’t until moving to Vail that I realized a spa would be the perfect fit. 

Can you tell us more about the quality of your spa products?

A lot of research goes into the products that we choose to carry. To highlight a few, Eminence is an organic, sustainable skincare line that gives back to the environment, community, and has quickly become a staff favorite. SkinCeuticals products are used by dermatologists and plastic surgeons and provide optimal results. This winter, we will be launching two custom-made aromatherapy oils available to enhance treatments, as well as for purchase. The “Peake” blend will be an uplifting scent made of citrus, bergamot, and verbena, while the “Valley” blend will be more grounding, predominant in lavender and patchouli.
